Native Swinson services and products are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the following carefully as it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms when purchasing from Native Swinson.
Please note that most of our products are hand screen printed to order. The approximate lead time is 4 weeks for wallpaper and fabric. If there are any delays we will advise you immediately.
The payment method through our online store includes Visa & Mastercard. Payments from an invoice or quote include direct bank deposit details, made payable to Native Swinson. Production will not start until payment is made.
COLOUR ACCURACY & QUALITY ASSURANCE
We are confident that our colour accuracy between batches is very high, although we do not guarantee 100% colour accuracy between different print batches. As the products are handmade there is a 10% colour accuracy allowance. We reserve the right to change paper stock. The colour on your monitor, tablet or phone may differ from the actual product.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
Orders are shipped by Australia Post to your nominated residential or business address unless advised otherwise. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Large items such as the ‘Ted tent’ and fabric rolls are delivered by courier and require a physical address not a PO Box.
Every effort is made to quote accurate delivery times. You will receive advice of unexpected changes to our production time via email. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays outside our control.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Please ensure deliveries are inspected for obvious transit damage. Claims for damage in transit must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt from the courier noting the damage which has occurred. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is your responsibility to check that the order is supplied to your satisfaction. We cannot accept claims for making, installation or replacement charges where correct supply has not been verified prior to installation.
Please be assured that Native Swinson. recognizes the importance of privacy. We will only seek information that is required to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions. If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to do so, simply click ‘unsubscribe’. Native Swinson will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third parties, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.
All Native Swinson designs are subject to copyright. This includes but is not limited to: art works, text, images, graphics and logos owned by Native Swinson. If this is breeched Native Swinson will seek further action. The contents of our website are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by the owners of Native Swinson.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
We place the highest importance on supplying your order correctly and that it is of acceptable quality. If we have supplied it incorrectly or it is of unacceptable quality, we will replace it with the correct item. Replacements cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order.
WALLPAPER AND FABRIC ONLY
Please check that the correct product is on the invoice. Once wallpaper and fabric has been paid for and printed, there is no change of mind.
We recommend employing a professional wallpaper installer who is experienced in hanging coated and hand screen printed wallpaper.
Prior to installing we recommend storing your wallpaper in a low humidity, cool area.
Please check that your order has been correctly supplied and is of acceptable quality before the wallpaper is installed. We do not accept claims for incorrect wallpaper or unacceptable flaws once the wallpaper is installed.
Our liability is limited to the original invoice value of the wallpaper. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss including but not limited to installation costs, additional building costs, delivery charges or other loss of profit
